- Interior or exterior shots
- Focus on key areas: rooms, lobby, facilities, dining, public areas, MICE venues.
Please note that only one photographer will be present onsite, and no studio lighting equipment will be used. Photography will rely on the existing available lighting at the location to ensure the most accurate and natural representation possible for customer viewing. Should additional lighting be required, the property is welcome to provide its own lighting solutions.
Rates:
Small Property (1–10 rooms / units): RM250/JPEG Photo - Ideal for Airbnb, small rental homes, service apartments BnB, homestays
Medium Property (11–50 rooms / units): RM350/JPEG Photo - Ideal for City hotels, single owner hotels, heritage hotels
Large Property (51+ rooms / units): RM500/JPEG Photo - Resorts, Business Hotels, Chain Hotels, Upscale Hotels

Terms & Conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure your booking.
- Balance payment is due upon delivery of final edited images.
- Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer / Online banking / E-wallet.
- Digital Invoice will be provided.
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
3. Usage Rights
- Client is granted full rights to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes (website, OTA listings, social media, print, etc.).
- Photographer retains the right to use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
4. Property Preparation
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is clean, tidy, and ready for photography at the scheduled time.
- Additional cleaning, staging, or waiting time may be chargeable.
5. Travel Charges
- Packages are inclusive of travel within Klang Valley area.
- Additional mileage charges may apply for locations outside this zone.
6. Delivery Timeline
- Final edited images will be delivered within 4–7 working days after the shoot.
- Urgent express delivery requests available with an additional fee (within 24hrs delivery).
